Ministries, local authorities, interest groups, embassies, political parties and companies all regularly use Nieuwspoort for press conferences, debates and meetings. After all, both politicians and journalists are located nearby. Most Dutch people will be familiar with Nieuwspoort’s typical screen logo and image. Nieuwspoort has four very well equipped rooms at its disposal. Plus meetings can now also be broadcast direct on the internet, as a result of a digital camera system which has recently been installed.
